• 1 quantity Basic buttermilk scones (see related recipe)
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup frozen blueberries
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • Make Basic buttermilk scones, adding cinnamon to flour at start of step 2. Add blueberries at end of step 2. Add vanilla to buttermilk in step 3.
  • Follow step 4, using a 6cm fluted-edge round cutter to make 12 scones. Follow step 5, baking for 15 minutes. Serve with whipped cream, double thick cream, butter or mascarpone.
