• 125ml (1/2 cup) Irish cream liqueur
  • 125ml (1/2 cup) espresso coffee, chilled
  • 80ml (1/3 cup) Frangelico liqueur
  • 125ml (1/2 cup) thin cream
  • Crushed ice, to serve
  • Ground nutmeg, to serve
  • Step 1 Combine the Irish cream, coffee, Frangelico, cream and ice in a cocktail shaker. Shake until well combined.
  • Step 2 Strain into serving glasses and sprinkle with nutmeg to serve.
