• 4 nectarines, halved, stone removed
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon butter, melted
  • 4 Anzac biscuits, crumbled
  • 4 scoops raspberry sorbet or frozen berry yoghurt
  • Step 1 Preheat grill on high. Place the nectarine, cut-side up, on a baking tray.
  • Step 2 Combine sugar and butter in a bowl. Spoon over the nectarine. Cook under grill for 1-2 minutes or until golden.
  • Step 3 Divide the nectarine among serving bowls. Sprinkle over the Anzac biscuit and top with sorbet to serve.
